Property registration land records & Building approval Procedures in 18 States & 2 UT in India - An Introduction

I’am Shyam Sunder, Advocate based in Chennai. I have authored a book titled `Property registration, land records and building approval procedures followed in various states in India'

I'am Panel Advocate for 11 Banks in Chennai City. I have detected fake documents to the tune of Rs.55 Crores and have successfully prevented SBI from disbursing loans against bogus title deed documents. I have taken training (legal workshops) to hundreds of officers of State Bank of India and Indian Bank in Chennai city.

I have covered detailed procedures being followed in 18 States (Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chattisgarh, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal) and 2 Union Territories (Delhi and Puducherry) in the Registration Department, Revenue Department and Town and Country Planning Departments.

The Foreword for my Book had been written by Dr.C.Rangarajan, Chairman, Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister and Former Governor, Reserve Bank of India and in the States of Andhra Pradesh, Odisha and Tamil Nadu.

(Town and Country Planning Department) - Building Approval Procedures followed in many States like Maximum Permissible FSI/FAR, Plot Coverage ratio, Open Space reservation for roads and amenities, land layout approval procedures, parameters for development of various kind of buildings and building setback rules
